Food and beverage lidding foil
The foil lid on a butter block, a yoghurt pot or a portion pack — where the seal has to hold through distribution and then peel cleanly in one pull.
Food lidding is judged on the peel. Too weak and the pack fails in transit; too strong and the consumer tears the foil instead of removing it, which is the complaint that reaches the brand. The lacquer weight and the seal window are set against your container material, your filling temperature and your sealing head, not against a datasheet.
The same aluminium and heat-seal lacquer capability that runs pharmaceutical blister foil produces these lids, which means the tolerances are tighter than the category usually demands. Print registration holds across the reel so a die-cut lid lands with the artwork centred. Every structure ships with food-contact declarations under 21 CFR 175 and 177.
