Jars, bottles and decorative formats drawn from more than 1,000 existing moulds, with custom development where nothing fits.
The mould library is the starting point: more than 1,000 existing shapes across food, spirits, wine, olive oil and cosmetic formats. Working from an existing mould removes the development cost and most of the lead time, and a custom mould is developed only where nothing in the library fits the brand.
The finish decides the closure, so the two are specified together — lug finishes for twist-off food jars, ROPP for spirits and oils, bar-top for corked presentations. Decoration runs from labelling through screen print, ACL, frosting and embossing.
