Flexible laminates and pouches
Printed rollstock and pre-made pouches specified around sealing performance, fill compatibility and shelf presentation — up to nine colours and twelve layers.
Food laminates are specified from the seal inward. The structure has to survive your filling line, hold the seal through distribution and still present well on shelf — a different problem from the barrier-first structures used on the pharmaceutical side.
Print runs up to nine colours with holographic and metallised options. Every structure ships with food-contact declarations under 21 CFR 175 and 177, sealing validation against your line parameters, and migration testing where the fill requires it.
