Alcohol and spirits ROPP caps and closures
Tall spirits closures across a far wider size range than a beverage cap — up to 43mm diameter and 60mm height — with non-refillable pourers and the finish the bottle is judged on.
A spirits closure is a taller, more decorated object than a beverage cap, and it carries a security job the beverage cap does not. The non-refillable pourer has to actually resist refilling, and the pilfer band has to break visibly, because most export markets treat both as requirements rather than options.
The liner is chosen against the spirit itself: EPE, Tin Saran, Saranex and plastisol behave differently against high-proof alcohol over a long shelf life. Decoration runs to standard, DOP or screen printing with embossing, hot foiling and chamfering.
