Caps and closures
The full closure range, from twist-off metal lug caps across thirteen diameters through aluminium ROPP with non-refillable pourers to plastic, child-resistant and tamper-evident caps.
Most closure failures are liner failures. Fill temperature, product chemistry and headspace decide what the liner has to survive, so the specification starts there and the cap follows. Plastisol, PVC-free and BPA-NI options cover hot-fill, pasteurised and acidic products.
Custom closures run at a low MOQ set by the project where most suppliers start at a million, with artwork approved in week two and commercial production in week eight.

The full twist-off range, from 30mm through 89mm, in deep, medium, regular and angular profiles — with a vacuum safety button wherever the pack needs to show it has never been opened.

Food-grade aluminium closures where the liner does the work — matched to fill temperature, product chemistry and the seal your line can reliably apply.
ROPP Caps
Roll-on pilfer-proof caps in the beverage and pharmaceutical size range, where the pilfer band has to break cleanly every time at line speed.
Alcohol and Spirits ROPP Caps and Closures
Tall spirits closures across a far wider size range than a beverage cap — up to 43mm diameter and 60mm height — with non-refillable pourers and the finish the bottle is judged on.
Non-Refillable Pourers
Controlled dispensing and product protection in one insert. Seven configurations developed for ROPP closure applications across spirits, liquor, edible oil and olive oil.
Bar-Top Stoppers & Capsules
The closure a customer touches every time they pour. Cork bar-tops with wood, PS or ABS heads, branded to the bottle, with the capsule that dresses the neck.
Premium Wine & Spirit Closures
Decorative aluminium closures for refined wine and luxury beverage presentations, in two signature ranges — one minimalist, one maximalist — both on a pre-threaded Saranex insert.
