Non-refillable pourers

Controlled dispensing and product protection in one insert. Seven configurations developed for ROPP closure applications across spirits, liquor, edible oil and olive oil.

A non-refillable pourer does two jobs: it meters the pour, and it stops the bottle being refilled after it is emptied. In most spirits export markets the second job is a requirement rather than a feature, and the ball configuration is what delivers it — a glass or plastic ball seats against the insert and prevents reverse flow.

The range runs from a standard pourer for spirits and liquor, through flow-control and telescopic variants for edible and olive oil, to two-piece and 28mm configurations and fully customer-specific developments. Compatibility is evaluated against your bottle finish and ROPP closure before samples are cut.

01

Seven configurations

Standard, standard flow control, telescopic flow control, two-piece, a 28mm standard variant, fully customised inserts and selectable ball configurations.

02

Refill prevention

Glass or plastic ball configurations prevent reverse flow once the bottle is emptied — the requirement most spirits export markets impose.

03

Two categories, one insert family

Spirits and liquor on one side; edible oil and olive oil on the other. Flow control and telescopic variants exist specifically for the oil applications.

04

Compatibility evaluated first

Samples and a compatibility evaluation against your bottle finish and closure precede any commitment.
