Pharmaceutical barrier laminates

Three-ply and four-ply barrier structures specified against your product's moisture and light sensitivity, its stability data and the regulatory pack it has to clear — including child-resistant foil where the market requires it.

A pharmaceutical laminate is a stability decision before it is a packaging decision. A three-ply structure — typically PET, aluminium and PE — covers most oral solid dose sachets. A four-ply adds a layer where the product needs more: paper for a printable matte face, or an additional barrier ply for a hygroscopic or light-sensitive formulation. The right one is the one your stability data supports, not the one with the best headline numbers.

Child-resistant foil is available across the range, in push-through and peel-then-push constructions, for molecules where a market mandates it. Produced at an ISO 9001 plant running 900+ tons per month, up to twelve layers and nine-colour print, with material specifications, certificates of analysis and the regulatory documentation your filing requires on every delivery.
